Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services marketed under the brand "Speedau" and made available through the website speedaubet-au.com (the "Website") in connection with the Speedau project. By creating an account or using any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Effective date: 1 March 2026.

Definitions

Account Registration

Registration Process and KYC

User Obligations

  • You must ensure all information you provide is true, complete, and up to date. You must promptly update your Account details if they change.
  • You may hold only one Account with the Operator. Duplicate accounts may be closed and associated funds may be handled in line with fraud and bonus abuse rules.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your Account. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the Operator via the contact channels listed on the Website and change your password immediately.
  • You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets

  • You may place Bets only once your Account has been successfully created and funded with Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus funds.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes for each game or event are displayed in the relevant game interface or rules. It is your responsibility to check such limits before placing a Bet.
  • A Bet is deemed accepted and binding on both you and the Operator once it has been processed by the Operator's systems and a transaction ID or confirmation is displayed.
  • After confirmation, Bets generally cannot be cancelled or modified. Any exception is at the sole discretion of the Operator and may be granted only in obvious error situations.

Game Rules and Results

  • The outcome of games is determined by the applicable game rules and random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live games, by the physical events occurring in the live studio or casino.
  • In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the game server logs or system records, the server logs and system records shall prevail.
  • If a game malfunctions or a technical failure occurs, all affected Bets may be voided. In such cases, the Operator will refund the stake of affected Bets to your Real Money Balance where appropriate.

Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Community Features

  • You must behave respectfully in all chats, live casino interactions, and community features. In particular, you must not:

    • Harass, intimidate, or bully dealers, other players, or staff;
    • Promote illegal activities, including the evasion of regulatory blocks such as those imposed by authorities like the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA);
    • Engage in collusion, cheating, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes;
    • Advertise or promote other services or websites.
  • The Operator may mute, restrict, or permanently ban your access to chat or the Services, and may withhold or confiscate funds, where it reasonably believes that you have breached these conduct rules.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Bonuses may be offered at the Operator's discretion and are subject to specific terms presented with each promotion on the Website.
  • To activate a Bonus, you may be required to:
    • Opt in via the promotions page or a checkbox;
    • Enter a bonus code; or
    • Make a qualifying deposit of at least the minimum amount specified for that Bonus.
  • Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds and any associated winnings are subject to a wagering requirement (for example, 40x the bonus amount) which must be met within a specified timeframe (for example, 30 days from crediting) before they can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
  • If wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Prohibited Games, Actions and Betting Patterns

  • Some games or game categories may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may contribute only a percentage towards wagering requirements. These restrictions are listed in the applicable Bonus terms.
  • The following actions are typically considered Bonus abuse and are prohibited:
    • Placing single Bets or a series of Bets with a stake size exceeding the maximum Bonus bet limit specified in the promotion (for example, a maximum of a certain amount per spin or round);
    • Using strategies that artificially prolong gameplay or minimise risk purely to clear wagering requirements (e.g., low-risk roulette betting or opposite bets);
    • Delaying game rounds (including free spins or bonus features) to a later time when wagering is no longer required, or using such rounds from Real Money deposits after a Bonus has been completed or expired.
  • In cases of suspected Bonus abuse, collusion, or fraud, the Operator may cancel Bonuses, void any associated winnings, and close or suspend Accounts.

Combining Promotions

  • Bonuses and promotions cannot generally be combined unless expressly permitted in the specific promotion terms.
  • If multiple Bonuses are active, the Operator may determine the order in which they are used and may limit eligibility to one active Bonus at a time.
  • The Operator reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time, subject to honouring obligations for Bonuses already accepted and used in accordance with their terms as of the time of participation.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods, Limits and Fees

  • The Website may support deposits via various methods, including (subject to availability in your region):
    • Bank cards (credit/debit);
    • E-wallets and online payment services;
    • Bank transfers;
    • Cryptocurrencies processed through third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawals and Processing Times

  • The Operator may set minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction, per day, week, or month and may require cumulative withdrawals above certain thresholds to be paid in instalments.
  • The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, blockchain network, or other third parties.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

  • Deposits are considered final once processed. Refunds of Bets or deposits are granted only in exceptional cases, such as confirmed technical errors, and remain at the Operator's discretion.
  • If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:
    • The Operator may suspend or close your Account;
    • All winnings and Bonuses may be voided and treated as forfeited;
    • The Operator may recover any chargeback-related costs from your Real Money Balance or through legal means.
  • If a Bonus was credited in connection with a refunded or charged-back deposit, that Bonus and all related winnings will be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care and will use reasonable efforts to ensure:
    • Games and betting markets operate in accordance with their published rules;
    • Results are recorded accurately on its servers;
    • Balances and transaction histories on your Account are updated correctly.
  • The Operator endeavours to maintain the availability of the Website but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Exclusions of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for:

  • If a technical error causes an incorrect crediting of funds or winnings, the Operator may reverse such transactions and void affected Bets.

Maximum Liability

  • Where the Operator is found liable to you in connection with a particular Bet or game, the Operator's total aggregate liability shall not exceed:
    • The amount of the Bet placed; or
    • Where the claim relates to a series of related Bets, the total amount of your stakes in such Bets.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law governing these Terms. However, because the Operator is not licensed in Australia, statutory guarantees under Australian consumer law may not apply to your use of the Services.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • All content on the Website, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, text, audio and video materials, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Because the Operator is not established in Australia and is not licensed there, Australian-specific privacy and gambling consumer protections may not apply, and local enforcement options may be limited.

Changes to Terms

  • The Operator may update or amend these Terms at any time, for example to reflect:
    • Changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance;
    • Changes to the Services, including new games or features;
    • Operational or security requirements.
  • Where material changes are made, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you, which may include:

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Rights

  • The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, and/or restrict your access to the Services, at its reasonable discretion, including where:
    • You breach any provision of these Terms or any game-specific or bonus-specific rules;
    • You fail to pass KYC or provide requested documents, or the Operator suspects identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
    • There are chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected payment fraud;
    • Multiple Accounts are detected or suspected to be controlled by you;
    • You are suspected to be accessing the Website from a prohibited jurisdiction, including Australia, contrary to the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth).
  • During suspension, the Operator may freeze your balance and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, Bonuses and associated winnings may be cancelled and, in serious cases, Real Money Balance may be forfeited where permitted by applicable law.

User-Requested Closure and Consequences

  • You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the Operator through the contact details provided on the Website.
  • Upon closure, the Operator will, subject to KYC and legal obligations, pay out your remaining Real Money Balance (excluding any Bonus Balance or funds derived from Bonus abuse) via an available withdrawal method.
  • The Operator may retain records of your Account and transactions for the period required by applicable law and regulatory obligations, which may extend beyond 2026.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, excluding its conflict of laws rules.
  • You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao in relation to any such dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
  • The Operator does not participate in an Australian-approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme, and no specific ADR provider is guaranteed for disputes arising under these Terms. As a result, if you are located in Australia or another jurisdiction where the Services are not licensed, your practical options to enforce payment of winnings or seek redress may be significantly limited.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
